Ninjastics Class | 5-10 years old | 50 minutes |

This Ninja agility and gymnastics class will give participants the opportunity to learn "ninja" style floor rolls, jumps and complete obstacle courses. Participants will utilize both our gymnastics floor and trampoline areas to increase their strength, freestyle movements, balance and agility.
