Description: In Level 2, swimmers will continue to focus on full stroke freestyle, backstroke, and kicking abilities. An introduction to breaststroke and butterfly components, competitive-like wall transitions, and starts will round out this level.

Notes: Required Equipment: Swimmers should wear a swimsuit appropriate for a workout, goggles, and swim cap. (Swim cap is optional, but highly recommended for long hair). When wearing a cap, it must be the NKB Team cap, which all swimmer receive free at their first class. Swimmer must also bring their own kickboard. Pull-kicks or pull buoys are also acceptable alternatives to a kickboard. On the first day, please meet us on deck 10 minutes prior to the start of your class. Our staff wear black and green , and would be happy to assist when you arrive.
Skill requirement: Junior Barracudas - Level 2 Recommended
