Description:
Teams will register at 9 am at the Canalta Hotel in Tisdale. Each team will be assigned a team room as well as a robot kit/laptop. Each team will co-operatively build and code one robot/team. The morning will be spent building, testing, and improving your robots. We will build the VEX Clawbot. The afternoon will provide a minimum of 5 matches/team. Each match is 4 minutes in length. Each 4 minute match will require each team player to control the team robot for 1 minute, during the match. Thus, all players will contribute equally. Teams will be able to earn bonus points through successfully completing bonus coding challenges.

Notes: THIS IS A TEAM REGISTRATION. THE FEE IS $200/TEAM OR $50/PLAYER. CHOOSE ONE PLAYER ON YOUR TEAM TO BE YOUR TEAM CONTACT - REGISTER THROUGH HIS/HER NAME. Teams can enter with a minimum of 2 players.
Prerequisites: The only pre-requisite is a genuine interest in robotics and coding. Students will agree to follow all Covid safety guidelines and be respectful in their team rooms.
