Introduction to Cheer is a fun 4 week program designed to teach the fun, fitness and fundamentals of cheerleading to those wanting to try cheer for the first time. It will focus on teaching the different skills sets associated with cheerleading, including stunt, tumbling, dance and jumps.
This program is a good option for athletes considering competitive cheer as well as those who may decide to continue cheer through the recreational stream.
The program will run May 15- through June 5th
