Description:

Studying sugar sure is sweet! In this camp, you’ll take a close look at the delicious science of sugar. Examine how temperature influences crystal formation and see firsthand how science works to create different textures in sucrose. Density, saturation, and dynamic equilibrium are just a few terms you’ll explore while experimenting to make glass, rock, gummy, slimy, and spongy sweets.

*All ingredients will be nut-free. A list of ingredients can be provided upon request.
