Fitness Centre Membership (Under 18) - 1 Month Paid in Full

This memberships grants access to our Fitness centre on a one-month basis. This membership is for 16-17-year-olds who have received parental permission to use the fitness centre.

All of the participants must have a form signed by their parent or guardian before their first visit. The digital forms can be found here
