Description:

Join us for an 8 week x 1.5 hour pitching program, coached by one of our professional pitching coaches.  Each week, athletes will work on pitching specific warm ups, step by step mechanical work and various drills to promote balance, timing, pitch movement and velocity.  An emphasis is always placed on safe and effective warm ups and recovery to protect young shoulders and arms.  In addition, all players will spend some time working on hitting.  Please note this class is capped at 5 players.
