The Elite Program is for early High school students who play Rep level baseball or higher.  ThIs series includes 15  x  2.5 hours/session, and include 1.5 hours of baseball development, plus one hour of strength and conditioning per session.  If your player is interested in pursuing a higher level of baseball, this is the program for them!
