FiT is a program for women that focuses on building and maintaining strength. Stephanie and Bethani work towards helping women gain strength with the understanding that this is the foundation to generally-desired health and body composition results. FiT is personalized group training, with a heavy emphasis on personalization. Bethani and Stephanie track individual fitness goals, progress, and results—from weight lifted, body composition changes, nutrition adaptations, and more.
