This weekly class is ongoing join anytime for the rest of the school year or with monthly payments to reserve your spot in the class.

Our expert coaches will guide participants to learn the basics or more advanced techniques on aerial silks finding just the right amount of challenge for each student to pregress well.  We build strength and technique week by week.

Ratio coach to student 1:7 

Each 1-hour class is composed of a warm-up, instruction on techniques, conditioning and strengthening exercises and stretching.

Required age: 8 - 12 on the day of the activity

Notes: Bring a water bottle. Dress code: -No zipper or any metal or hard plastic on clothing that could snag the fabric or tear the tape on the apparatus. Participants will not be permitted on the circus school apparatus if wearing zippers. -All jewelry or watches that could snag should be removed. -Long leggings or track pants and a t-shirt that won't ride up when upside-down is ideal to protect the skin from rubbing. For certain moves, longer sleeves or socks might be useful. We will work mainly barefoot.

Prerequisites: It is recommended to first take a 4-class intro to aerial session before joining this ongoing class.
