Description:

Jumpstart Viola is designed for beginning violists, ages 8 and up, with or without prior musical experience. Students receive twenty-five, 30 minute lessons and participate in a viola group class each week focusing on alto clef reading and tone production. Students who have prior experience on the violin may choose to participate in a string ensemble at their level in addition to/instead of the group class.

Required age: 3 - 21 on the day of the activity

Notes: Group class is 8:45-9:45. Teachers will schedule private lessons and notify parents.
