This dance format is easy enough for beginners to build confidence with more difficult cheorography layered in to challenge for the advanced dancer. All set to your favorite dance music, this exhiliarating and liberating dance is a calorie burning dance partyu that will have you addicited from the first beat! Exercise is disguised by all the fun you will have!
