Audrey, with her crystal bowls, gongs and chimes, uses the therapeutic application of sound frequencies and vibrations to provide a powerful and gentle way of shifting consciousness and enhancing well-being. Sound Baths are an opportunity to embrace mindful practices and reconnect with our inner selves. During these sessions, you will be guided on a sonic journey that helps slow down brain waves, dissolve the ego, and access the depths of your unconscious mind.
