Description:
This class is a highly effective way to shape up, slim down, and feel great. The effective mind-body approach to exercise combines deep breathing techniques with core conditioning exercises. Classes are Monday and Wednesday 5:30-6:30PM. February 26, 2024 - May 22, 2024.
