This energetic fitness class in water is a fun way to exercise this Summer! Our expert Aqua Aerobics instructor will lead you though a set of workouts using dance and strength training. This Aqua Aerobics class is a full-body workout that lasts 40 minutes and is a great way to end your day! No experience necessary. Ages 14+

This class takes place in deep water.

Notes: This class takes place in deep water. The Park District understands that schedules change and are happy to accommodate refund requests when possible. If you would like, staff are happy to assist you in transferring your registration to another program, usually for no additional fee. Refunds must be requested 48 hours before a program meets for the second time or no refund will be issued.
