For the Spring 2024 season, players from teams outside of the Northwest Hockey League may register for this program to express interest in joining the Ice Bears. At this time the Peewee teams are full.

Notes: All players new to the Ice Bears must pass Mighty Cub 4 and/or pass an evaluation of skating ability with the Hockey Coordinator or Program Supervisor. *Any deposits and payments made prior to withdrawing from the program at any point are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by the Park District of Oak Park.*
