Description:
Required for all NEW to PCT Athletes - this includes any athelte that was not part of an All-Star, All-Star Prep, or All-Star Novice Team for Season 20.
Returning atheltes are not required to participate in an individul assessment but may do so if they wish.
Notes: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your start time. There will be a paper form provided when you check-in.
