Description:

Start your Saturday morning off right by joining us in the Peel Gardens! We will dive into a unique skillset of a dying art; crochet with Museum Manager, Chelsea Stewart.

If your new to crochet or even familiar with how it works no worries because we will lead participants of all skill levels in crochet patterns! You will learn to make your own crochet square and even a butterfly symbolizing our beloved Monarch Butterflies in the Botanical Garden all while discussing the different realms of homemaking and homesteading in the 19th century!
You will also get to take home the crochet materials provided to you at this class!

As a bonus, you will also have the option to enjoy some complementary mimosas, wine, and other beverages during this beautiful spring morning!

*Limited spots, registration is required for this class*
