Description:
Keep active for life in our fun, fitness based gymnastics program for adults. Our GymFIT program includes a variety of gymnastic activities to increase agility, balance, coordination, and spatial awareness. Skills are presented through challenging and achievable progressions for all levels of experience. No experience is required. Not able to make every class? Don't worry this program is open to flexible registration, meaning, only pay for the classes you can attend. Buy a 10 - pass or pay per day, it's up to you!

Required age: 18+ as of 9/13/2018
Notes: Participants MUST purchase a membership after the trial period (3 classes MAX.). The $50 memberships are valid July 1, 2018- June 30, 2019.
