Description:
Perfect for Beginners!! This 90 minute class explores all of the gymnastics apparatus and skill development. Using the Fun, Fitness, and Fundamental Movement Pattern approach, coaches will introduce basic safety landings and building foundational skills for advancing gymnastics. Each participant will progress at their own rate.
