Description:
In order to offer a more personalized training experience, we’ve decided to let athletes customize the type of training they are receiving in the competitive program based on their specific strengths/weaknesses. We’ve done this by allowing athletes to choose whether they want to develop their strength, conditioning and stamina or by focusing on more technical training. The private lesson 10-pass is the option that we've put forward for athletes who are keen on developing their technical training. Students enrolled in this option will have a private lesson 10-pass added to their at the beginning of the competitive season. Once the pass has been added you can book private lessons by booking in the online store under the "Book A Private Lesson" tab.

Required age: 9+ on the day of the activity
Notes: Please bring running shoes, a water bottle, a mask and clothes that participants can easily move in.
Prerequisites: Participants must be enrolled in a competitive program discipline in the 2023-2024 season.
