Description:
Participants in our Teen parkour classes learn to use their bodies to vault, jump, run, roll, swing, and move quadrupedally. Teen classes serve as a solid introduction to the foundational skills of parkour. No previous parkour experience is required to sign up for our Teen parkour classes.
Please note that there is no class on the following date(s):
- Friday, March 15, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Friday, March 29, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Required age: 12 - 17 on the day of the activity
Notes: Please bring running shoes, a water bottle, and clothes that participants can easily move in.
Prerequisites: Participants must be 13-17 years of age.
