Location: Play Project Movement Training Centre Section 1 | 3466 Landmark Road, Burlington, ON, L7M 1S8
Description:
Participants in our Kids/Youth parkour classes learn to use their bodies to vault, jump, run, roll, swing, and move quadrupedally. Kids/Youth classes serve as a solid introduction to the foundational skills of parkour. No previous parkour experience is required to sign up for our Youth parkour classes.
Please note that there is no class on the following date(s):
- Friday, March 15, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Friday, March 29, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Required age: 7 - 11 on the day of the activity
Notes: Please bring clean running shoes, a water bottle, and clothes that participants can easily move in.
Prerequisites: Participants must be 7-11 years of age.
