Description:
Participants in our Adult parkour classes learn to use their bodies to vault, jump, run, roll, swing, and move quadrupedally. Adult classes serve as a solid introduction to the foundational skills of parkour. No previous parkour experience is required to sign up for our Adult parkour classes.
Please note that there is no class on the following date(s):

Required age: 16+ on the day of the activity
Notes: All participants will need to bring indoor running shoes, a water bottle and wear athletic clothing.
Prerequisites: Participants must be 18+ years of age.
