Description:

This class is intended for participants ages 9-12 at all skill levels.

Each class is run by multiple coaches, and is segmented into smaller groups of seven participants or less. Learning objectives include skills from levels 1-4. Beginner participants learn stride, precision jump, cat hang, safety vault and forwards breakfall. Advanced participants learn bar-to-bar laches, speed step and pop vault. If the athlete has an interest in freestyle skills, front, side and/or back flips can also be learned. This class features a conditioning component, where athletes develop strength and power with a mix of bodyweight exercises and some resistance training. At the end of the class, a few minutes are reserved for free time to play or practice their skills in the gym!

What to wear: clothes that are easy to move in (no jeans or hanging jewellery) 

What to bring: Indoor shoes (parkour is a high impact sport!) and a labelled water bottle. 

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to class starting, and pick up your child promptly after your scheduled class to allow for adequate transition time between classes.
