Description:

This class is for ages 4-17 at all skill levels.

Learning objectives primarily include skills from levels 0-3. Beginner participants learn fundamental movement patterns at the youngest ages, and advanced participants learn kong vault, lache, and height drop to shoulder roll. This class features a mix of conditioning and more play-based games and challenges. At the end of the class, a few minutes are reserved for free time to play or practice their skills in the gym!

What to wear: clothes that are easy to move in (no jeans or hanging jewellery) 

What to bring: Indoor shoes (parkour is a high impact sport!) and a labelled water bottle. 

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to class starting, and pick up your child promptly after your scheduled class to allow for adequate transition time between classes.
