Upon completion of this class you will be certified as an American Red Cross Lifeguard with CA Title 22. Participants will be required to complete online work in addition to completing all water skills. $45 American Red Cross fee due to instructor at the start of class. Bring water, snacks, a swim suit and towel and a change of clothes. Depending on class size, a Friday night orientation class may be held from 6:30-9pm on the night prior to class starting. Instructor will contact you if necessary.

Notes: Bring your receipt to the first class and arrive 10 min early. For the health and safety of everyone, do not attend class if you have been sick within 72 hours. Lessons are held at PVAC located at 1030 Temple Ave., Camarillo. A parent is required to get in the water with their child on the first day of class and may be required to get in the water with their child for subsequent classes based upon the guidance of the instructor. REFUND POLICY: A cancellation fee of $10 per transaction will be deducted for requested refunds/transfers. A refund (less $10) may be granted if the District is notified five (5) business days prior to the first class meeting. Refunds will NOT be granted within five (5) days of the first class meeting, or anytime thereafter. All refunds/transfers are subject to approval.
