Welcome to our Summer registration! 

All registrations require membership to the Polarettes Gymnastics Club. This membership includes your child's mandatory insurance. Insurance is valid until August 31st, 2024.

We will have one age group this summer!

Gymnastics and Parkour Camp
All children must be at least 6 years old on the first day of the camp - no exceptions. 

Please note we do get notified by Amilia if you change your child's age in your account, and we will immediately withdraw all users who try this approach.

There will be an electronic form that MUST be signed before classes begin for participation to be allowed. This form will be emailed before classes start. A legal guardian must sign all forms.

• You have two payment options at the time of purchase to hold your spot in Summer Camp.
  • Option 1: Pay in full at the time of purchase using a credit card or e-cheque online or paying cash or cheque in person. Standard refund and cancellation policies apply. 
  • Option 2: Installments - Pay a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per week to hold your spot, and the rest will come out of your account 3 weeks before the start of your camp. A credit card is required for this option. 
• For registration with Kids Rec Fund, Cash, Cheque or debit payment, please come into the gym or call us.
• All classes are subject to a 5% service fee for online purchases. The fee is the cost of Visa/Mastercard/Interac payments & Amilia registration. If you do not want to pay this fee, you can enter the gym, register in person, and pay via Cash or Cheque ONLY. The service fee will also be applied to telephone registration, excluding Kids Rec Fund classes, as they pay cheque.

Health and Safety 

By registering, you agree to follow all current Yukon Health guidelines and our cancellation policies for medical requests. 

COVID-19 taught us the importance of staying home to prevent the spread of illnesses; Please keep your child home if they have any of the following symptoms: Fever, severe cough, difficulty breathing, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. 

Summer Camp Refund Policy

Cancellations, switching weeks, or refunds for camp fees, are available if submitted in writing to info@polarettes.org at least 21 days before the first day of the kids registered camp. Our standard membership fee and an additional admin fee of $50 per cancelled week are non-refundable at all times. 

Medical refunds with a doctor's note from a general practice doctor or hospital doctor (No physio, chiro, etc...) will be accepted up to 4:00 PM on the Friday before the first day of the participant's scheduled camp. (eg. Must contact our facility by 4 PM June 24th for a program starting on June 27th)

If the Polarettes facility is closed due to Covid-19 or a natural disaster, we will CREDIT all remaining classes for future use to your account. The $50.00 Membership Fee is non-refundable.
