Now that students have a good handle on the basics, coaches’ work with each individual on the skills required to get to the next level.

They work on more complicated floor skills in combination and are now expected to be able to perform simple supports and holds on the apparatus'.

Many gymnasts at this stage may also choose to be tested to go into QCG's competitive programs.
