Description:
Beginner Tumbling will advance their skills to include rolls into 1/2 & full turns, cartwheels, dive rolls, roundoffs, assisted walkovers. The conditioning advances here to prepare the athlete to aid in skill execution. Pre-requisite for this class will be Intro Beginning Tumbling or completion of the CanGym Beginner Red level.
