Description:
The Gymnastics Core Program will work all of the gymnastics skills outlined in our Can Gym program but it will not be level based. Each athlete will work through gymnastics basics at their own pace and will receive progress reports at the end of each session. This class is directed to athletes that already participate in a sport and want to cross train and use gymnastics core skills to improve their performance. All of the gymnastics apparatuses will be used in various forms in this class. You will also improve your cardio, technique and overall body strength. No gymnastics experience is necessary. Ages 11 and up.
