Beginner Tumbling
Beginner Tumbling will advance their skills to include rolls into 1/2 & full turns, carwheels, dive rolls, roundoffs, assisted walkovers.  The conditining advances here to prepare the athelte to aid in skill execution.

Intermediate Tumbling
Using basic fundamentals learned in the beginner's level, the athelte will work towards back & front handsprings, front & back tucks, round-off's ariel's and advanced body positioning along with conditioning.
