Intro-Advanced Tumbling
Intro-Advanced Tumbling is the next step where the athlete learns to execute power hurdles to back handsprings, front/back hand springs without a spot. Conditioning increases at this level to prepare the athlete for these and future skills.

Advanced puts everything together that the athlete has been learning in the previous levels.  Multiple hand springs, step outs to learning round-off ships (spotted), working towards layouts to standing back/front tucks.
