Experience a true Pilates Mat Workout. This will build core strength, tone muscles, and increase flexibility. Modifications for each exercise are given, making this class suitable for all fitness levels.  Bring a cushioned mat or use one provided in the classroom.  Wear loose clothing and bring a water bottle.
