Students develop their strength, balance and confidence as they work on various rolls, handstands, backbends, cartwheels, and overall conditioning. This is a great option for those who want to learn gymnastics but without the bars, beams, or vault, or those who want to take beginning gymnastics and then extend their training with this as a second class. Varied steps on floor beam and using the bars and springboard.
