Description:
Drop In: $15 This class is a total body workout using breathing and posture to maximize results in strength and flexibility. Combining traditional pilates exercises with an emphasis on body-awareness and breathing, we will increase flexibility, core-strength and endurance while improving balance, coordination, and posture. All fitness levels welcome. Bring a pilates mat or a yoga mat. Optional: bring hand weights.
