Yoga for all. Explore breath and bodywork, while developing a strong awareness of yourself. Great for those who are new to yoga as well as experienced. Modifications of poses are offered so that you can meet your yoga where you are. Materials Needed: Bring a mat, blanket, blocks, and strap. Wear clothing that allows you to move freely.
