Description:
DROP IN FEE: $15 This class will provide a good foundation with introduction to basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and overall personal awareness. Build heat and strength while maintaining a good awareness and focus on the breath. Come energize the body and calm the mind. Yoga is an uplifting practice that promotes physical health and mental well being. Supplies needed: two blocks, yoga mat and one strap.
