In Tiny Tot Essentials, we start with basic skills like blowing bubbles and progress to mastering submerged exploration—submerging eyes, ears, and nose. Each session focuses on developing foundational skills, including confident breath holding underwater, buoyant front and back floats, guided arm and leg movements with and without a kickboard, independent wall movement, retrieving submerged objects, and the exciting experience of jumping into the pool.
