Youth Fundamentals introduces essential swimming skills. Participants learn elementary backstroke, kicking on both front and back with a kickboard, freestyle unassisted for 10 yards, glides, changing directions while swimming, 10-second unassisted back float, bobbing for breath control, retrieving objects in shallow water, and independently enter and exit the pool.
