In the Youth Improvement Class, participants will enhance their swimming skills, focusing on freestyle for 25 yards, backstroke for 15 yards, breaststroke for 15 yards, butterfly/dolphin kick for 10 yards, rotary breathing, treading water for 30 seconds, streamlines, and sitting and kneeling dives. This class serves as preparation for subsequent levels that emphasize stroke refinement.
