Stroke Refinement is designed for youth with swim team aspirations. Skills acquired include 25 yards freestyle with rotary breathing, 25 yards breaststroke, 25 yards backstroke, 15 yards butterfly, knee dive, compact dive, streamline, efficient rotary breathing, treading water for 1 minute, and open turns on walls.
