In the Stroke Proficiency class, swimmers will acquire proficiency in all strokes (50 yards each for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly), building endurance with continuous swimming for 50, 100, and 150 yards, mastering flip turns, open turns with two hand touches, and standing dives to streamline.
