Designed for those with prior Yoga experience or strong beginners.  Hatha Yoga poses are taught in a safe and welcoming atmosphere.  Emphasis on good form in poses and body awareness.  This class builds strength, increases flexibility, improves balance, and creates calm in your life.  Bring a Yoga mat and any other yoga props. * Please contact instructor for drop-in option.
