• Objective: Develop and implement a training plan with swimmer.
• Skills Covered: Skills are based on the need of the swimmer. Possible skills would include open turns and/or flip turns, endurance drills and training, side breathing and breath control.
• Recommended Age: 8-80+

Required age: 8+ on the day of the activity

Notes: CLASSES ARE NON REFUNDABLE, NON EXCHANGABLE, NON TRANSFERRABLE.

Prerequisites: Minimum Swim Ability: Student must be able to get in the water and safely move unassisted for fifteen seconds.
