Description:

Preschool Aquatics: Ages 4 years - 5 years

Level 3 – Preschool Aquatics

Objective: To perform basic aquatic skills with greater proficiency, for longer distances, and times.
Skills Covered: : Entering and exiting the water independently, Holding breath and rotary breathing independently, floating on front and back for 10-15 seconds independently, changing direction while swimming independently, swimming 5 body lengths on front and back independently, water safety.
Recommended Age: 4-5 years
