Description:

Learn to Swim: Ages 6-12 years

Level 3 - Stroke Development

Objective: To expand proficiency of previously learned skills by providing additional guided practice
Skills Covered: Jumping and head first entry, rotary breathing, floating on front and back for 30-60 seconds, changing direction and treading water, flutter and dolphin kick in streamline for 3-5 body lengths, breaststroke kick and front crawl for 15 yards, elementary backstroke and scissor kick 15 yards, water safety.
Recommended Age: 7-10
