Learn to Swim: Ages 6-12 years

Level 1 - Introduction to Water Skills

Objective: To introduce basic aquatic skills for participants to continue to build upon.
Skills Covered: Entering and exiting the water independently, submerging with open eyes to retrieve objects, floating on front and back for 5 seconds with assistance, rolling from front to back/ back to front with assistance, swimming 2 body lengths on front and back with assistance, water safety.
Recommended Age: 6-9
