Description:

Preschool Aquatics: Ages 4 years - 5 years

Level 1 – Preschool Aquatics

Objective: To orient young preschoolers to the aquatic environment, to help them gain basic aquatic skills, and introduce water safety.
Skills Covered: Entering and exiting the water independently, submerging in shallow water independently, floating on front and back for 2 seconds with assistance, rolling from front-to-back and back-to-front with support, swimming 2 body lengths on front and back with support, water safety.
Recommended Age: 4-5 years
