Preschool Aquatics: Ages 4 years - 5 years

Level 2 – Preschool Aquatics

• Objective: To perform skills at a slightly more advanced level, and begin gaining rudimentary propulsive skills on both the front and the back, and build on water safety.
• Skills Covered: Entering and exiting the water independently, Bobbing and retrieving objects independently, floating on front and back for 3 seconds with assistance, rolling from front to back/ back to front with support, swimming 3 body lengths on front and back with support, water safety.
• Recommended Age: 4-5 years
